Independence Energy’s mid-level model configured for Constant Volume Batch™ Biodiesel processing is the BD76-500CV™(patent pending). With actuated valves and computerized controls the BD76-500CV™ will substantially reduce the operator’s man-hours devoted to the production of fuel.
The BD76-500CV™ is an enhanced unit with all of the essential components and quality construction of the BD76-500M™. For the end user who intends to generate fuel in regular, uniform quantities, Independence Energy advises the utilization of the BD76-500CV™. The preprogrammed controls will automatically process biodiesel at the maximum volume of 500 gallons.
As with all of Independence Energy’s Biodiesel processing units, the BD76-500CV™ boasts stainless steel construction with NEMA 7 components thereby meeting the highest level of durability and safety. And, of course, the BD76-500CV™ will produce ASTM D6751 quality fuel as an end product.
